To Access Login & Registration process on Official Portal
Citizen Window
To login and register on the Darpan Portal, follow these steps:
Step: 1 Visit the official website by going to rajshaladarpan.nic.in
Step: 2 On the homepage, look for the option ‘Staff Login’ and click on it.
Step: 3 After entering the ‘ Citizen Window ‘ you will see a variety of services on the screen, such as School Search, School Reports, Student Reports, Staff Reports etc.
Step: 4 Click on the required service as like if you want to search a school, then click on ‘School Search’
Step: 5 After clicking on your interested service, fill the required information in the suitable service form, and click on ‘Search’.
Login & Registration Process on Darpan Portal
Step:1 First of all, you must have visit the official website rajshaladarpan.nic.in
Step: 2 On the homepage, selection the ‘Staff Login’ click on it.
Step: 3 If you are a new user, click on the option “One Time Registration for Staff Login”. Existing users can simply use the ‘login’ option.
Step: 4 If you are registering as a new user, provide the correct information such as your Staff ID, Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, and any other required details.
Step: 5 As a security measure, you may need to correctly fill in a Captcha code. Make sure to enter the Captcha code accurately and then click on ‘Submit’ icon.
Step: 6 At the process of registration, (One Time Password) OTP is received on the mobile, which has to be presented for verification.
Step: 7 After OTP verification, the registration process ends, and you get a ‘Login Name’ and ‘Password’ which has to be presented at the time of per- login.
Search Student, Staff & School Reports
After reading the information about different reports, press the search button. The selected to access the school, student or staff reports. simply click on the desired report. After reading the information press the search button. The selected report will then appear in front of you. The completed report will then be shown in front of you.
Scheme Search
Search for Scheme submit the information Minority, PBL & Gender and next fill the all information about Family Income, Cast Age & Class and then enter the Captcha code and click on the search button. At the end your required information about search scheme will appear in front of you.
School Search
For School Search choose the type of school by pin code, district & block select any one of these option fills required information and enter Captcha code and then click on search button. According to your selected information list of school will appear in front of you.
Staff Window
You can access in Staff Window Registration and Login for Staff, Staff Information, School NIC-SD ID and other services.
School Search NIC-SD ID
To locate your school ID, select either by School Name or by Block option, choose Block & District and enter Captcha code and click on the button of ‘Go’ At the end in front of you Serial Number based on the information provided about category, Region, Block/village, School Name, School NIC-SD ID. There will be identification available.
New Login Registration for Staff
To perform staff-side work you must register once.

For Staff record and registration, National Identity Card(ID) is important.
